St Peter Mancroft is a striking and versatile city-centre venue, ideal for concerts, recordings, talks, exhibitions, and community events.

With its beautiful architecture and excellent acoustics, it offers a memorable setting for performers and audiences alike. Seating is flexible (up to approx. 440), with piano and organ available by arrangement.

Standard availability:

  • Mondays: Daytime only
  • Tuesday - Thursday: 10:30 am - 3:30 pm
  • Fridays: From 10:30 am
  • Saturdays: All day
  • Sundays: Limited (by discussion)

Pricing varies depending on the nature of the event, with reduced rates available for community or charity events. We are always happy to discuss options to suit your budget.

The Octagon

This room is available for private or business hire for meetings, talks, lectures, and conferences, as well as for small group socials.

It is also frequently used as a “Green Room” for concerts which are held in the main church.

Please note: The Octagon is within the churchyard, and is part of the consecrated site. It would therefore not be appropriate to license its use for services by another religious group if they were neither in communion with the Church of England nor subscribing to the doctrine of the Trinity.

Chantry Hall

Chantry Hall is located on Chantry Road, Norwich, right next door to the Assembly House.

The hall, complete with a stage and kitchen facilities, is available to hire for both regular bookings or one-off events.

Office Hours: The church office is open weekdays, 9:30 am – 12:30 pm.
